Residential and Commercial Lawn Maintenance

Prior to mowing, the turf areas will be removed of trash, tree limbs or obstructions. Turf will be completely and evenly mowed at a height most suitable for the species and the site’s specific needs. Turf grass research shows that by using proper mowers, it is better to return clippings to the turf for nutritional replenishment. This process is called Grass cycling and it’s a tremendous help to our environment.

Spring & Fall Cleanups

We remove all leaves & plant materials from your property. We utilize mulching-type lawnmowers to process leaves from trees on your site. Fall leaves are mulched or removed from your property for composting in November and December. We also offer leaf vacuum service and curbside leaf cleanups.

Residential and Commercial Landscaping

Shrub beds, natural areas with mulch, and ground cover areas will be weeded on an every 4-week schedule, 7 times during the year. We use Round-Up herbicide on any weed that we can safely apply without injury to ornamental plants. We hand pull weeds within the canopy of shrubs or ground covers. We use selective herbicides for persistent perennial weeds and grass control as needed. Your bed areas should remain 95% weed-free. There will always be some weeds present in a fertile growing environment. Our intention is to always control weeds with no injury to shrubs, ground covers, or trees

Aeration/ Verticutting/ Overseeding

Lawn aeration involves removing plugs of dirt, usually 3/4″ in diameter and three inches deep from your lawn. This allows air, water, and nutrients to penetrate deeper into your lawn to reach the roots of the grass helping it grow stronger and deeper.

Verticutting is done by a machine that cuts thin rows into your grass rather than removing plugs, like aeration. Verticutters loosen the topsoil so that seed will have better contact with the soil for germination.

Need help removing the hassle from mother nature? We provide services to commercial and residential properties such as snow plowing, driveway and sidewalk shoveling, and de-icing. We will plow your entire parking lot and pre-treat with salt and sand before or during the storm. We are reliable and timely while mother nature runs its course.
